EOS Nation’s Position on B1’s vesting tokens

Regarding B1’s sale of their unvested EOS to Helios, EOS Nation supports the term sheet prepared by the EOS Network Foundation (ENF) on behalf of the EOS Network.

We appreciate B1’s commitment to return the remaining portion of their unvested tokens to the network, but do not believe it addresses the 37 million unvested EOS it sold to Helios. We believe a public commitment from B1 to transfer the EOSIO IP to the network would bring a satisfying resolution to this matter for all stakeholders.

Until all parties can come to an agreement, EOS Nation supports the MSIGs that have been proposed to pause the vesting of EOS from the network to B1’s account.

We’d like to thank Yves La Rose and the ENF for their strong representation and stewardship of the EOS Network. For the first time, the EOS Network has representation and we look forward to continue engaging with stakeholders to build a bright future for the EOS Community.
