SHERBROOKE, Canada – EOS Nation, a block producer on the EOS public blockchain, and two teams of 7 fourth-year bachelor students from the Université de Sherbrooke, announced today that they entered into a one year joint partnership to build a platform that will empower people and businesses with accounting, governance, and shareholding tools. The platform will be built on recent technology stacks for high performance and will integrate the EOSIO blockchain database technology to provide auditability of important actions and immutability of the data.

The students are assigned to two different projects. The first is focused on integrating accounting and financial management functionalities to the business platform, while the second is focused on providing business governance and shareholding management functionalities. Both teams are under the guidance of EOS Nation CTO, Denis Carrière, and EOS Nation CFO, Vincent Grenier.
